Covered in Warranty	Replacement 3 Months Standard + 9 Months Conditional warranty. It is necessary to get warranty activated within 7 days of placing the order by . No Warranty claims shall be entertained if customer does not get warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Non-functional state of Earphone caused due to Manufacturing defects only ; Product should be in proper condition with no rough, or wear & tear signs of usage. If Earphone is in poor state, Claims may be rejected.
Not Covered in Warranty	Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Exposure to Moisture are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn’t Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period. Incase of Warranty claims, No Pickup in few cases and Customer Need to Self Return the Product or pack the item as per guidelines.
